I have brown spots, I think you burnt my lawn?
It's doubtful that the lawn is burnt from granular fertilizer. Brown spots can be caused from several different diseases, stress from the heat and humidity, mechanical damage from mowing a stressed turf, grub damage if it's in the fall season, or a number of other issues. If you're seeing brown, please call our office so that we can come out and diagnose the problem and let you know what's really going on.
I have moles! Do I need a preventative grub treatment?
Not necessarily! Grubs are only one of many food sources the moles are looking for. They eat any insect that may be in the soil, including earthworms, ants, grubs, earwigs, etc. Unfortunately, there is no product that will remove all of the available food sources for moles. Aggravating as it is, trapping moles is still the most proven and effective method to combat a mole problem. Our trapping service includes visiting your property three times within a month to set and reset traps to eliminate pesky moles in your lawn!
Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your lawn or landscape!
